Today, after finishing our workday, my husband invited me to eat at Olive Garden. We arrived wearing our work clothes and were a little dirty from work, so at first we planned to order our food to go because we felt a little embarrassed to dine inside. However, we were fortunate to be helped by Yaritza. From the very beginning, she welcomed us with a warm smile, kindness, respect, and outstanding customer service. She made us feel comfortable, valued, and truly welcome. Because of her kindness, we changed our minds and decided to stay and eat in the restaurant. People like Yaritza make a real difference and represent Olive Garden in the best possible way. We left with a wonderful impression of the restaurant, and we will definitely be back. We wish there were more people like her. Thank you, Yaritza, for making our visit such a pleasant experience.

Visited with a group of 4 families tonight, and everything was spot on from start to finish. The reservation was handled smoothly, the staff did a great job arranging our tables, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout. The food was fresh, tasted great, and everyone in our group left happy. Big thanks to the whole team for making it such an enjoyable evening.

I wanted to take the time to leave this review because the staff at this location deserve nothing but the best. I have been on the road traveling for three days, and by the time I made it to Amarillo yesterday, I was completely exhausted and starving. I checked into my hotel and noticed there was an Olive Garden nearby. I hadn't had Olive Garden in a while, so I was really hoping to grab some dinner. 🥹 I realized they closed at 10:00 p.m., and it was already 9:30, so I called to ask if it was still okay to place an order. I honestly felt bad calling so close to closing because I know everyone wants to go home after a long shift. 🥺 The woman who answered the phone was incredibly kind. I wish I had asked for her name because she truly deserves recognition. She let me know that as long as we arrived before 10:00, they would be happy to prepare my order. She was so friendly and understanding, and I really appreciated it. We made it there just in time, and the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was absolutely delicious. 🤤 I especially wanted to thank the entire staff for taking my order even though it was so close to closing. Food was good. I had the Ravioli carbonara with shrimp and my mother had the fried ravioli and mozzarella cheese sticks. The carbonara was delicious but a bit salty, shrimp was cooked perfectly. Sadly, my mom mentioned it was her birthday and was told she would get a birthday dessert; we didn't get that. We also weren't asked for anything else or if we were ready for our check. I noticed the electric device on the table and was able to pay that way. Overall, I give the food and service a 3.5 to 4/5. Our server was kind and sweet.

Excellent service. Friendly staff Great food A little pricey otherwise great… I’ll never let them deliver food again my food came to $21 almost doubled the price and then they had enough nerve to charge me 35 on my Affirm card and not refund it never again if they’re gonna be dishonest The last visit they gave dirty spoons & folks -the getting skimpy on some foods- my son got the sirloin steak and he said it reminded him of Denny’s high priced food and very little to eat! Update-21 days, finally I get refunded the difference- I didn’t owe.
